Maybe a part is missing, maybe its misaligned, all we do know is that we are going to need to file an RMA with the vender. While this can be annoying we try to make the process pretty painless inside of Saleturf, first go here on the left hand side
this will take you here, now you will notice there isnt much here. That is because well, RMAs are really just tracked here, there isnt any way for us to automate this process, just go ahead and give the vendor a call, set up the RMA and track the information here. Easy as can be
if you click the create new button in the top right, it will look like this
pretty self explanitory, what was the RMA number, what date was it ordered what store did it go to, what vendor, and notes about what happened.
